First theory according to me is Blair has picked Chuck neglecting her friend Serena and she has got jealous.

Second theory for the show down is chuck asked Serena to lend him hand while opening his new hotel and did not invited Blair and Blair blames Serena for this.

Third theory for this show down according to me is Serena has got some more insecure about college drop out and not just that she thinks that everyone at college takes her as stupid and when she discussed with Blair she replied “yeah cause you are!”

Fourth Theory for this is Blair and Dan’s Weak moments and co-ed drunkness. And Serena has found out.

Fifth theory says that Blair and Serena decides to pick a project where they have to do Jenney’s make over and they then disagree for her new look.
